This is a research tool operated by the Local News Impact Consortium for invited colleagues. It is not a public service and it is not sold.

Access

Access is by invitation and can be withdrawn at any time. Sign in with the account you were invited as, and do not share it: everything done here is recorded against the account that did it.

The data

What you see here is research data about local news coverage, some of it unpublished and some of it provided by partner institutions on terms of their own. Treat it as the consortium's or the contributing institution's, and do not redistribute it outside the work you were invited to do. Where a dataset names an owner, that owner's terms come with it.

Figures shown here are working research output. They may be revised, and a chart published from here carries the version it was published at so a reader can tell which.

What we ask of you

• Do not attempt to reach data you have not been granted.
• Do not use the tool to identify or profile individuals.
• Tell us at data@localnewsimpact.org if you find a way to do either.

No warranty

The tool is provided as it is, for research. The consortium does not warrant that it is available, correct or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of what it shows.
